Caution – Your Comfort Zone may be harmful to your progress!

You are about to embark on a journey that will lead you away from a warm and fuzzy place, a place called “your comfort zone.” This is where a great deal of the population spends the majority of their lives, doing exactly what they have been doing since they can last remember and unfortunately experiencing a life of little biological potential because of it.

That biological potential lies in your body’s intrinsic ability to remain in optimal health for the great majority of your life here on earth. The point is, every single metabolic reaction responsible for how you look, feel and perform every second of every day is controlled through metabolism at the cellular level. That’s right, every cell in your body has its own metabolism, and if treated right—that is provided with the right fuels and lifestyle choices—that metabolism will allow your trillions of cells to work in harmony with one another. The outcome, simply enough, is a life lived with abundant energy and vitality and free of disease. Now, why is this concept so hard to believe in this day and age? Don’t you think you deserve to live your life this way? I hope you said yes.

The question is, why are you not feeling this way now? Too many of us learn to live with broken bodies that arise from inefficient metabolisms. It’s as if we accept this metabolic decline as we get older as the way it is supposed to be. Don’t think for one second that your body is designed for anything less than the best performance it can give you. But understand that, like everything else, if you continuously abuse the system, it will have no other choice but to eventually break down and self-destruct.

This is exactly what the majority of North Americans experience as they get a little older, in the biological sense, that is: a body that becomes less and less efficient at maintaining the daily wear and tear of living. The outcome is less energy, more girth, memory deficits, aches and pains, leathery skin, loss of strength, greater susceptibility to illness and eventually early death.
Simply put; the human body cannot expect to be maintained in an optimal fashion if it is not given the necessary tools to accomplish this state.

Metabolic Warrior will give you the tools that you will need to rebuild your body’s metabolic potential. If you apply the information within this site and our corresponding messages, you will not only improve your present health status and regain your true life potential, you may actually rewind the clock a few years in the process! Here’s to LOOKING, FEELING and PERFORMING the way you are designed to again!

  1. After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked
on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and
now every time a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment.
Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service?
    Thank you!

Hi and thanks for letting me know. I spoke to my web designer and he said it is most probably a browser issue (of course he did – lol).

If it continues, please do let me know and I will see what I can do from my side 🙂

    Yours in Abundant Health,

    Brad

Hi and yes they do, but I am not an expert in that area by any means, so you’ll have to just search that info out.

First off thank you for your kind remarks – they are greatly appreciated 🙂 Having said this and even though I have written and published 11 books on health and nutrition, I am relatively new to blogging. I just want to get the info out there, but I do understand how important it is to make things as eye-catchy in this day-and-age!

    Yours in Abundant Health,

    Brad
